LYNX WORK offers generous, flexible office space. The striking architectural features include a large number of bay windows that protrude from the façade and a roof terrace.

The building impresses with light-flooded foyers and a sunken courtyard, so that the first floor receives plenty of daylight. The bright, inviting atmosphere is perfect for various forms of co-working, offices or community spaces.

The planned facilities include parking facilities with e-charging stations and a sustainable air conditioning system. LYNX is also surrounded by cafés, restaurants, stores and leisure facilities.
